Job Description: The Engineering Technician will provide technical support for SMT production lines and Post-SMT processes related to PCBA assembly. This person will troubleshoot SMT equipment, support NPI builds, make programming adjustments, assist with reflow profiling, troubleshoot soldering defects, and support equipment including DEK printers, Koh Young SPI systems, Universal Instruments placement equipment, reflow ovens, AOI, X-ray, selective wave, and other Post-SMT equipment. The role will also support MES software, operator training, basic maintenance, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
