Key Responsibilities:- Providing hands-on technical support for the development, implementation, and sustainment of production and inspection processes ensures meeting quality, cost, and efficiency objectives.
- Developing, evaluating, and improving processing methods and controls helps optimize safety, quality, cost, and throughput.
- Supporting new process and product introductions involves ensuring activities are executed and documented in compliance with company procedures.
- Monitoring assigned operations helps ensure compliance with approved methods, material specifications, GMP, and safety requirements.
- Investigating work-in-process issues and process deviations allows performing technical evaluations, root cause analysis, and recommending corrective actions.
- Identifying sources of process waste and variability drives continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Lean principles.
- Supporting Project and Process Engineers in developing manufacturing and inspection process flows enhances process efficiency.
- Executing equipment installation, qualification, and validation activities supports production readiness and compliance.
- Creating, updating, and maintaining accurate manufacturing documentation ensures proper recordkeeping in accordance with specifications.
- Supporting engineering change control activities includes implementing ECO and updating related production control documentation.
- Providing clear, timely communication of observations, issues, and results supports effective collaboration and decision-making.
- Working collaboratively in a team-based environment promotes continuous improvement and a culture of integrity.
- Supporting training and knowledge transfer ensures personnel are prepared to safely and effectively execute new or updated processes.
Qualifications: - High School diploma or equivalent (required).
- Technical Associate Degree or higher (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in process development or manufacturing.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and geometrical dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, teamwork-oriented mindset.
