Job Summary: Seeking an Engineering Technician to support manufacturing and process engineering activities in a hands-on production environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate processing equipment.
- Support process characterization and Design of Experiments (DOE).
- Conduct production and test runs and document results.
- Monitor, audit, and provide technical guidance to line operators.
- Prepare records, charts, and graphs to analyze production results.
- Identify yield problems and support process troubleshooting.
- Provide technical assistance to process development and engineering teams.
- Support process improvement, optimization, and new product testing.
