Location: Palm Bay, FL, 32905 | Security Clearance: Active Secret (TS/SCI preferred) | Schedule: Weekend Nights (3/12), 6:00PM - 6:00AM, 3rd Shift, Flexible During Surge Periods

As an Engineering Technician, you will conduct manual and automated testing at various hardware levels, ensuring mission-critical systems meet exacting standards. Responsibilities
- Transport and set up test equipment, fixtures, and cables to designated testing areas
- Execute test setups based on engineering direction and written procedures
- Ensure all test equipment and licensed software are current and calibrated
- Assemble custom or commercial-off-the-shelf equipment and fixtures as needed
- Perform and document manual and automated testing using LabVIEW and TestStand GUIs
- Accurately record test results, document failures, and promptly report anomalies to stakeholders
- Troubleshoot failed assemblies with engineering support
- Operate advanced RF, optical, and digital test equipment (network analyzers, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, OTDRs, logic analyzers, DMMs, etc.)
Required Skills and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED and 6+ years relevant experience OR Associate's degree and 2+ years relevant experience
- Active Secret Security Clearance required
- Strong computer proficiency and strict adherence to procedural documentation
- Demonstrated experience handling sensitive hardware
- Hands-on expertise with RF, optical, and/or digital technology
Preferred Skills
- TS/SCI Security Clearance
- Experience with vibration, thermal, and thermal vacuum qualification testing
- Proficiency in handling fragile hardware and high-density connectors
- Excellent communication, technical writing, and presentation abilities
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
