    • Experience working with troubleshooting problems or performing routine maintenance on equipment, such as compressors, scroll vacuum pumps, and turbomolecular vacuum pumps
    • Experience with chilled water systems and liquefied gas systems.
    Additional nice-to-haves:
    • Experience working in an R&D setting
    • Experience writing and developing SOP documentation.
    • Experience with LabVIEW and/or Python
    • Experience troubleshooting DR systems
    • Good interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with other individuals in a team or project setting.

    Studies and records time, motion, methods, and speed to improve efficiency and establish a standard production rate in performance of maintenance, production, clerical, and other worker operations. Requires a high school degree or its equivalent with 4-6 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May direct and lead the work of others. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

    Independently perform hands-on electrical and mechanical assembly of prototype systems, while also being expected to collaborate with senior technicians, engineers, and scientists in the execution of project milestones and deliverables. Possess a strong safety mindset while operating or troubleshooting cryogenic and electromagnetic equipment, and assist in the documentation of the processes involved with operating said equipment. General lab maintenance, including 5S, is expected.

    •Independently performs electrical and mechanical assembly of prototype systems and processes.
    •Assists senior technicians, engineers, and scientists in the execution of project milestones and deliverables.
    •Assists in documentation of existing systems and processes.
    •Responsible for general lab maintenance and organization, engages in 5S events.
