What You’ll Do
Lead technical excellence. Be the go-to expert for manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and tough technical problems. Dig into production and quality data to find opportunities, then make them real.

Launch what’s next. Guide new product launches, engineering changes, and equipment installations from start to steady-state production.
Build a winning team. Recruit, coach, and develop salaried and hourly engineering and maintenance staff. Set clear goals, grow future leaders, and create a culture of ownership.

Drive continuous improvement. Champion cost, scrap, and efficiency wins using structured problem-solving, and bring best practices that move plant performance forward.

Own quality and safety. Keep us audit-ready and compliant with customer and quality standards, lead corrective actions, and set the tone for a strong safety culture on the floor.

Manage resources strategically. Run the departmental budget, shape capital planning, and lead equipment and tooling investments.
Be the technical voice of the plant. Present KPIs to leadership, host customer and supplier technical reviews, and partner with product engineering on design and manufacturability.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or an equivalent mix of education and experience
