As Engineering Team Lead, you will be responsible for new product development and current product maintenance across the Structures and Specialty product groups. You'll work to develop a high-performance engineering team through people development and culture development while managing projects of varying scope. You'll provide leadership and direction to the engineering team and will report to the engineering manager.

Expected annual salary for this role will be $90,000 - $125,000 plus a bonus target. This is dependent upon job related knowledge, experience, and skills.

You will be working a hybrid role with four days per week (Monday - Thursday) in office (Fridays are flexible for in office or remote) based in Omaha, NE.
