The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of general maintenance technicians to provide service to owners and guests in the maintenance and repair of timeshare guest units and assets. This individual will participate in the training and supervision of their team. This Supervisor will serve as a role model, develop talent, and provide staff support in handling complex situations and ensure the staff's commitment to meeting service expectations. This supervisor will provide direct supervision of engineering maintenance teams to assure proper response to requests for service, planned maintenance, and preventative maintenance. This individual must be knowledgeable in the procedures and safety measures associated with industry and company standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:
2-3+ years of supervisory experience within maintenance, engineering, facilities, or a comparable environment
3+ years of experience in general residential maintenance required
EPA Universal Certification required, with demonstrated hands-on experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems
CPO preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and a minimum of 1 year of driving experience
Must meet company-required motor vehicle policy standards
Demonstrates a sincere dedication to providing an unsurpassed level of ownership and guest satisfaction
Demonstrates a professional appearance and pleasant personality
Demonstrates a high degree of judgement and making sound decisions
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and organization
Ability to work in various and sometimes extreme weather conditions
Ability to work a flexible schedule that will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written standard operating procedures
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
Must have strong troubleshooting and face-to-face guest communication skills
Must be able to follow written instructions and complete documentation associated with unit maintenance
Familiar with fire and life safety systems
