Lead daily electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities across the facility. Supervise E&I technicians, contractors, and maintenance personnel. Coordinate maintenance schedules and work priorities with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance teams. Manage preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities. Drive execution of preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability. Maintain a strong field presence supporting troubleshooting, coaching, and safety initiatives. Support electrical distribution systems, instrumentation, analyzers, motor controls, VFDs, and control valves. Assist with troubleshooting and maintenance of DCS, PLC, and industrial control systems. Coordinate contractor activities and ensure adherence to site safety requirements. Support employee development through training, coaching, and performance management. Assist with workforce planning, staffing, and resource allocation. Support plant shutdowns, equipment repairs, and process improvement projects. Monitor maintenance backlog, work order completion, labor utilization, and performance metrics. Support spare parts planning, inventory management, and maintenance materials coordination. Promote safe work practices including LOTO, confined space, and electrical safety compliance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, maintenance effectiveness, and operational performance.
