Copper State Bolt & Nut Co. is seeking a hands-on, multidisciplinary Engineer to support our cutting-edge BoltSense technology and deliver real-time solutions to industrial customers. This role blends mechanical engineering, technical field service, and technical sales, offering the opportunity to grow in a dynamic and globally connected environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and apply bolting fundamentals to solve real-world challenges
- Provide on-site support (35-50%) for installation, calibration, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with customers to develop and implement bolting solutions
- Represent the company at trade shows and customer sites globally
- Communicate technical insights clearly to end users and OEMs
- Identify and implement process improvements in field and manufacturing environments
- Maintain detailed technical documentation, SOPs, and process manuals
- Assist in training a growing team of site support technicians
- Off-hour availability via phone for critical customer support if needed
Qualifications:
- Hands-on industry experience, preferably in mining or mechanical systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. Passport or ability to obtain one; ability to travel internationally
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Interest or experience in technical sales and customer engagement
Preferred Qaulifications:
- Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Bi-lingual in Spanish
