    Copper State Bolt & Nut Co. is seeking a hands-on, multidisciplinary Engineer to support our cutting-edge BoltSense technology and deliver real-time solutions to industrial customers. This role blends mechanical engineering, technical field service, and technical sales, offering the opportunity to grow in a dynamic and globally connected environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Learn and apply bolting fundamentals to solve real-world challenges
    • Provide on-site support (35-50%) for installation, calibration, and troubleshooting
    • Collaborate with customers to develop and implement bolting solutions
    • Represent the company at trade shows and customer sites globally
    • Communicate technical insights clearly to end users and OEMs
    • Identify and implement process improvements in field and manufacturing environments
    • Maintain detailed technical documentation, SOPs, and process manuals
    • Assist in training a growing team of site support technicians
    • Off-hour availability via phone for critical customer support if needed

    Qualifications:

    • Hands-on industry experience, preferably in mining or mechanical systems
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • U.S. Passport or ability to obtain one; ability to travel internationally
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Interest or experience in technical sales and customer engagement

    Preferred Qaulifications:

    • Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
    • Bi-lingual in Spanish

    • Effectively communicate, support, drive and enforce Copper State's stance on productivity, policies, procedures, goals, strategic objectives, and plans.

    Physical requirements

    • This position requires stamina to work extended hours and maintain focus while traveling.
