(MIS), our teams partner with customers, engineers, and construction professionals to transform complex concepts into successful project outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance. As the General Contractor and EPC delivery arm of the Michels Family of Companies, MIS delivers some of North America's most complex mission-critical, hyperscale, and infrastructure projects. Position Overview

As an Engineering Project Manager, you will lead the technical planning, coordination, and execution of complex data center and critical infrastructure projects from concept development through construction execution. You will serve as the primary link between engineering, construction operations, customers, and project stakeholders to ensure technical requirements, project objectives, and constructability considerations are successfully integrated into project delivery. In this role, you will oversee engineering deliverables, coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, support proposal and preconstruction efforts, and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Success requires strong engineering judgment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts into practical construction solutions while maintaining safety, quality, schedule, and budget expectations. This position is ideal for a technically driven leader who enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges, collaborating across disciplines, and contributing to the successful delivery of mission-critical projects.

    • Identify technical risks, design conflicts, and project challenges while developing practical solutions that support project objectives.
    • Collaborate with construction teams to ensure engineering intent, design requirements, and project execution strategies remain aligned throughout delivery.

    What You'll Do

    • Manage engineering and technical project activities for hyperscale data center and mission-critical infrastructure developments.
    • Facilitate collaboration between engineering, construction, procurement, and project controls teams to drive successful project outcomes.
