Key Responsibilities:

• This role is within the Product Transfer team, focusing on delivering high-impact projects.
• Managing multiple engineering projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Prioritizing tasks and assigning team members to optimize resource utilization and meet project deadlines.
• Evaluating and escalating changes that significantly impact the scope, budget, or timeline of a project.
• Leading engineering projects across multiple sites, coordinating efforts to achieve project goals.
• Monitoring progress and performance against the project plan to maintain alignment and address issues proactively.
• Identifying and resolving operational problems to minimize delays and keep projects on track.
• Working collaboratively with the counterpart project manager at the Tijuana site to ensure seamless communication.
• Managing ongoing relationships and maintaining effective communication with key project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of managing engineering projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven success in overseeing cross-site projects and stakeholder communications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Innovative thinking to identify and implement process improvements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project for scheduling and critical path management.
• PMP certification preferred.
• NO C2C CANDIDATES
