  3. Workflow monitoring. Confirm scheduled automation completes correctly and resolve routine exceptions using a runbook.

Required qualifications
  1. [3+] years in QA, test operations, program or project coordination, or release quality, including ownership of a schedule or work board.
  2. Experience with a defect-tracking system and a test-management platform, including bulk updates and verifying changes.
  3. Ability to prioritize competing requests and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
  4. Strong attention to detail and clear written communication.
  5. Comfort following detailed procedures and escalating ambiguity.

Preferred qualifications [TBD]
  1. Experience using AI tooling in day-to-day work.
  2. Payments, identity, or mobile-platform familiarity.
  3. Experience with CI or automated-test infrastructure.
  4. Basic scripting (Python preferred).
