Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend project sites daily and represent the company in coordination meetings.
  • Track progress against project schedules, identify risks, and drive issue resolution.
  • Serve as the escalation point for site issues involving manpower, materials, documentation, and other project needs.
  • Provide project updates to internal stakeholders and notify the team of delays, scope changes, or new opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and on-site personnel.
  • Coordinate Field Service Representatives (FSRs) and ensure site requirements are met.
  • Support contract and claim management activities in compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure all site activities adhere to company procedures and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Construction Management, Electrical Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, field service, construction, or a related environment.
  • Ability to spend up to 80% of work time on-site.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience on active construction, industrial, or field service sites.
  • Knowledge of UPS, STS, PDU, commissioning, electrical, or MEP systems.
  • Experience coordinating field crews and managing daily site activities.
  • Familiarity with project scheduling, progress tracking, QA/QC processes, and site reporting.
  • Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
  • Strong safety awareness and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

This is a fully onsite role based in Abernathy, TX. The position requires a hands-on approach to field operations, stakeholder coordination, and project execution in a fast-paced construction environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $54.00 - $57.00/hr.
