Job Summary: This role is integral to the capital engineering team, focusing on managing facility projects that enhance manufacturing sites. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, safety, and optimal performance. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving facility utilization, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Looking for an Engineering Project Manager with an engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, or Automation).
- Must have hands-on experience managing CAPEX/OPEX projects from concept through completion, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong understanding of equipment, facility infrastructure, utilities, contractor management, project schedules, budgets, scope, safety, and JHAs.
- Not looking for project coordinators, IT project managers, or candidates with experience limited to managing a single piece of equipment.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven ability to manage projects within defined constraints.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
- Proficient in technical writing including authoring RFPs, RFQs, protocols, reports, and other technical documents
- Medical Device/Biopharmaceutical manufacturing standards (i.e. GMP, FDA, ISO)
- Experience with manufacturing environment standards.
Experience in the medical device or biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry is preferred.
