Akkodis is seeking an Engineering Project Coordinator for a Contract with a client in Torrance, CA. The ideal candidate is responsible for tracking project deliverables, facilitating project meetings, and ensuring all project phases are documented and completed successfully.
Rate Range: $50/Hour to $52/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Engineering Project Coordinator Job Responsibilities include:
Coordinate and manage engineering projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, scope, and deliverables are met.
Develop, maintain, and track project schedules using Microsoft Project, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and ensure timely follow-up on project tasks and milestones.
Identify, analyze, and resolve technical and project-related issues to minimize risks and delays.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, allocate resources, and support successful project execution.
Ensure all project phases, documentation, reports, and deliverables are accurately maintained and compliant with company standards.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
4-6 years of experience in project engineering, project coordination, or a related engineering field.
Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Project for project scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
Strong ability to work independently as a self-starter, with excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $52.00 per hour
