JOB TITLE: Engineering Project Coordinator

Summary:
Coordinates engineering projects and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately.
Compiles project status reports and coordinates project schedules.
Manages project meetings and identifies and resolves technical problems.
Identifies and analyzes requirements and defines project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
Coordinates project activities and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately.
Uses Microsoft Project for project scheduling and resource management.
Applies thermal management knowledge for project planning and execution.
Performs a variety of tasks with a degree of creativity and latitude.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Ensures technical problems are resolved and project deliverables are met.
Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field is required.
4-6 years of experience in project engineering or a related area.
Proficient in Microsoft Project with demonstrated hands-on experience for project scheduling.
Experience coordinating engineering projects and managing project resources.
Experience compiling project status reports and coordinating schedules.
Experience identifying and resolving technical problems.
Experience defining project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
Ability to work independently with strong initiative and self-starting capability.
Thermal management experience is preferred.
