Description

Release & Engineering Operations

" Manage end-to-end release readiness processes, including planning, execution tracking,

risk management, and stakeholder communication.

" Partner closely with Engineering and Quality Engineering teams to ensure successful

delivery and release of product capabilities.

" Drive operational processes around testing, validation, bug management, launch

readiness, and post-release reviews.

" Maintain visibility into release health, testing status, and critical path dependencies.

Stakeholder Management

" Build strong partnerships across globally distributed teams.

" Facilitate decision-making, manage trade-offs, and drive accountability.

" Communicate program status and risks clearly to the cross-functional teams.

Process Improvement

" Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes, workflows, and tools to

increase team effectiveness and execution velocity.

" Drive scalable practices for planning, tracking, and delivery.

" Drive accountability through clear ownership, action tracking, and operational rigor.

Skills:

Required

" 5 years of experience in Program Management, Engineering Operations, Technical

Program Management, or related roles.

" Experience managing complex engineering programs and product releases.

" Strong understanding of SDLC, release management, testing processes, and engineering

operations.

" Experience working closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Quality

Engineering teams.

" Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

" Proven ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive results.

" Experience with Jira, Confluence/Wiki, and project tracking tools.

Education:

Bachelor's degree.
