    Description

    Job Title: Engineering Program Manager
    Duration: 14+ Months
    Location : Atlanta, GA 30363
    Shift: 1st shift 8am-6pm

    Introduction

    In this role, you will drive process standardization for new product development, research, and technology development across all Strategic Business Groups (SBGs). You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, offering, integrated supply chain, advanced manufacturing, commercial, and finance teams. You will be responsible for drafting current and future state processes, procedures, and associated policies to support organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Minimum of 6 years of experience in business process management or related roles.
    • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency in process documentation and process mapping tools.
    • Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.
    • Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

    Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience in a similar role within the industry.
    • Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
    • Experience with change management and process improvement methodologies.

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities

    • Drive process standardization initiatives for new product development, research, and technology development across all SBGs.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, offering, integrated supply chain, advanced manufacturing, commercial, and finance to align processes.
    • Develop and document current and future state processes, procedures, and associated policies.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and standardization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
    • Support implementation of standardized processes and monitor adoption across the organization.
