Title: Packaging Engineer
Location: Remote
Duration: 0 - 12+ Months
Shift: Monday thru Friday 8am-4pm
Pay Rate: $50-$55/Hour
Job Description:
Backfill existing day to day packaging engineering work, including NPI package design and implementation, rebranding project, documentation, cost savings, sustainability projects, dieline creation and artwork prep, ship testing, etc
Primary support for United States but able to cover globally during surge activity
Coordinate with Data Analyst position to stage ECOs to make rebranded sites go live
Triage multiple projects at once, providing direction to various cross functional members
Participate as needed on corporate packaging documentation system change, including transcribing technical packaging jargon from multiple data fields
Work with many cross functional teams with great speed and urgency to deliver for customers
4 year college or university degree in packaging engineering or sciences required. 2+ years experience working in the field of packaging preferred. Strong with data management and documentation practices. Able to quickly pick up and lead projects.
Remote employee, up to 10% travel may be required
