[Responsibilities]
- Analyze and optimize CCA and module manufacturing processes to boost efficiency, cut costs, and enhance product quality
- Identify and implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, SOPs, and design specifications for fixtures and stencils
- Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless execution of process changes
- Conduct experiments and trials to validate improvements and ensure compatibility with current equipment and systems
- Provide technical support, guidance, and training to production staff
- Partner with senior engineers to expand your knowledge and expertise in manufacturing processes
[Required Skills and Experience]
- Proven experience in manufacturing engineering with strong knowledge of CCA builds and thru-hole technology
- Demonstrated expertise in process analysis, optimization, and continuous improvement
- Proficient in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- Skilled in process documentation and technical writing
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
- Experience in cross-functional team environments
- Minimum 15 years' experience in manufacturing engineering

- Fixture and stencil design
- Training and mentoring production staff
- Equipment maintenance and repair knowledge
- Experience with validation experiments and data analysis
