Engineering Manager - Exterior Accessories
Minimum 5 Years experience in Engineering Management
Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to fill a opening with a manufacturing company located in Metro Detroit. The ideal candidates should have a background in engineering, ideally in exteriors and accessories within automotive.
Requirements of the Engineering Manager
BSME or similar degree
Technical expert in exterior components and related systems
10+ years of design & release experience
Experience with DVP&R, DFMEA, GD&T, DFM, DFA, etc.
Understanding of product and vehicle development cycles and processes

Leads development and integration of all exterior systems and sub-systems
develop and execute design and integration plans, timelines and deliverables
Work with internal teams such as quality, manufacturing and design
Responsible for system - level validation and verification activities
