Requirements<\/h3>
Qualifications:<\/b>
<\/p>- Education:<\/b> Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Materials, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
<\/li> - Experience:<\/b> 7+ years of progressive experience in engineering management. Metalforming experience is required.
<\/li> - Technical Expertise:<\/b> Deep understanding of impression die hot forging processes, materials, and tooling. Proven proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and DEFORM simulation software.
<\/li> - Lean Manufacturing:<\/b> Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
<\/li> - Leadership Skills:<\/b> Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high -performing engineering teams.

<\/p>- Base Salary: $170,000 to $200,000 (commensurate with experience)
