Title: Engineering Manager
Location: Tewksbury, MA
Salary: $160K-$185K
Duration: Permanent/Direct-Hire
This position provides technical leadership, team management, project oversight, and operational strategy for a multidisciplinary engineering team. The ideal candidate has strong engineering experience, an industrial or energy background, and a proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team.
- Oversee project execution, quality, schedule, and budget.
- Establish engineering processes, standards, and performance metrics.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve complex engineering issues.
- Support hiring, training, performance management, and team development.
- Partner with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Support business development and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Mechanical preferred.
- 10+ years of engineering experience, including 3+ years in leadership or project management.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Background in energy, industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, or related environments.
- Strong knowledge of engineering standards and regulations.
- Experience with budgets, resource planning, and team performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- PE license.
- EPC project experience a plus.
