Engineering Manager

Our client is an established precision manufacturing company specializing in complex CNC-machined components and assemblies for the aerospace, defense, energy, and industrial sectors. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machining efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall manufacturing performance.

• Lead and manage the engineering team to ensure efficient operations, high-quality output, and on-time project delivery.
• Develop, program, and optimize CNC machining processes using Mastercam.
• Utilize SolidWorks to review, develop, and modify engineering designs, 3D models, and technical drawings.
• Oversee CNC machining operations, troubleshooting, and process improvements to maximize productivity and precision.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers, CNC programmers, and machinists.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and other departments to resolve technical issues and meet manufacturing requirements.
• Ensure engineering processes comply with quality standards, safety requirements, and customer specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machining efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall manufacturing performance.

• Experience working across engineering and manufacturing-focused teams.
