A leading automotive company based in Charlotte, MI, is seeking an Engineering manager to join our dynamic team.
Represent manufacturing site on new business commitments; create site resource plans.
Maintain and control BOMs, Process Flows, PFMEAs, Control Plans, and Inspection Sheets.
Participate in drawing reviews and Special Characteristics identification.
Support and compile RFQs for molds, gauges, fixtures, and equipment.
Analyze and improve processes not meeting standards.
Lead all tooling maintenance activities, including PM, repairs, tracking, and storage.
Drive continuous improvement and R&D initiatives.
Ensure compliance with statutory/regulatory requirements.
Support training and maintain a safe work environment.
