Aegis is partnered with a global leader in aerospace and energy control technologies that designs highly engineered electromechanical systems used in commercial and military applications. They are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers supporting new product development and next-generation aerospace technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10-12 engineers
- Manage engineering resources, budgets, and project priorities
- Drive product lifecycle activities and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with global engineering teams and cross-functional departments
- Support engineering strategy and future product development efforts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 10+ years of engineering experience
- 2+ years of engineering leadership experience
- Aerospace or other highly regulated manufacturing experience
- Strong electromechanical product development background
- Experience leading teams and managing engineering resources
