As an Engineering Manager - Network, you are more than a technical leader - you are a builder of people, systems, and trust. In this role you will lead and grow a team of engineers implementing network infrastructure to meet company needs. What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience
Advanced knowledge in independently diagnosing and resolving intricate issues across interconnected programs and systems, ability to develop and implement effective, innovative solutions, typically requiring a minimum of 7+ years of experience
Demonstrated proficiency in providing technical leadership and guidance to teams, with a focus on mentoring and developing junior engineers
Advanced-level knowledge in enterprise network engineering disciplines and technologies, including routing and switching (Cisco, Arista, Juniper), network security (firewalls, secure web gateways, and proxy platforms), SD-WAN, wireless networking, network access control, cloud networking, and network automation.
Extensive experience in managing complex project and solving advanced engineering related issues
Strong knowledge in designing, analyzing, and optimizing complex systems or products
Ability to align engineering projects with organizational goals and contribute to strategic planning
Manage a team of engineers and develop strong teamwork skills
Excellent level of written and verbal communication skills
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
