Description

This Engineering Manager wil be responsible for:

  • Providing hands-on manufacturing engineering support for operations.
  • Leading new product introductions and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Developing and implementing quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Managing process and test method validation activities.
  • Driving lean manufacturing and continuous improvement programs.
  • Mentoring engineering staff and leading cross-functional project teams.

Profile

A Successful Engineering Manager will be responsible for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related experience.
  • Experience leading manufacturing engineering teams.
  • Knowledge of process validation methodologies (IQ/OQ/PQ/PPQ).
  • Understanding of quality and regulatory systems.
  • Lean manufacturing experience.
  • Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
