The Santa Rosa Metrology Services Team provides electrical and mechanical metrology services that support Keysight's advanced manufacturing and technology development organizations. InpartnershipwithR&D,DesignEngineering,Manufacturing,Quality,andOperationsteams,thisorganizationdevelopsnext-generationmeasurement,calibration,andproductionsolutionsthatenableKeysight'shighestperformanceproducts.
WeareseekinganEngineeringManagertoleadamultidisciplinaryteamofelectricalandmechanicalengineersresponsiblefor:
- Advancedprocessdevelopmentandtechnologyinsertion

This leaderwillserveasthetechnicalbridgebetweenproductdesign,R&D,manufacturingoperations,andmetrologyservices,ensuringscalableprocessesandrobusttechnologiesaredevelopedtosupportfuturebusinessgrowth.
Responsibilities:
TechnicalLeadership&Strategy
- Developandexecutetheengineeringroadmapsupportingfutureproducttechnologies,manufacturingcapabilities,andmetrologyadvancements.
- PartnercloselywithDesignEngineeringandR&Dteamstodevelopnext-generationproducts,calibrationstandards,andmanufacturingtechnologies.
- Drivetechnicalinnovation,automation,andprocessmodernizationinitiatives.
- Establishengineeringstrategiesalignedwithbusinessgrowth,manufacturingscalability,andtechnologyroadmaps.
ProcessDevelopment&ManufacturingEngineering
- Leaddevelopment,qualification,anddeploymentofnewmanufacturingprocesses,tooling,fixtures,automation,andmeasurementsystems.
- Driverootcauseinvestigationsandresolutionofcomplexproduction,quality,yield,andtechnicalissues.
- Supportmanufacturingoperationsthroughstructuredproblem-solvingandtechnicalriskmitigation.
- Developrobustprocesscontrolsandensuresuccessfultransferoftechnologiesfromdevelopmentintoproduction.
NewProductIntroduction(NPI)
- LeadengineeringparticipationinNPIprograms.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or University Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or other applicable engineering discipline or equivalent directly relevant experience as a manager, supervisor and/or individual contributor.
- Requires proven skills in leading/managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics
- Understanding of manufacturing, metrology and quality processes
- Direct experience with continuous process improvement a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
