Engineering Manager

This role involves steering the engineering team towards achieving strategic goals and operational excellence. The successful candidate will work directly with senior leadership to craft and implement tactical plans that enhance departmental performance. Key duties include directing resources to optimize productivity and delivering superior, cost-effective products. You will lead the design and maintenance of custom engineered solutions, closely following the ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code to ensure quality standards. As the primary point of contact for engineering projects, you'll manage workflow, track project timelines, develop a robust Bill of Materials (BOM) strategy, and collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to uphold the highest standards.
Ideal candidates are skilled communicators with strong leadership expertise, able to mentor a diverse team to build competence and trust. You will actively engage with product enhancement initiatives and manage all procedural documentation. With a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, you bring at least a decade of design and HVAC system manufacturing experience, coupled with managerial acumen. Proficiency with engineering software and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential.
