Engineering ManagerThe Engineering Manager will provide technical and people leadership across manufacturing engineering, product development, tooling design, and continuous improvement initiatives. Working cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, sales, tooling, and customer-facing teams, this individual will be responsible for production processes, supporting new product development, implementing tooling and process improvements, and ensuring the successful manufacture of high-quality precision bearing products.Lead manufacturing engineering activities, tooling development, and new product introduction from concept through production.Develop and implement process improvements that enhance productivity, reduce costs, improve quality, and minimise scrap.Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Tool Room, and Sales teams to resolve technical challenges and support customer requirements.Manage and develop a high-performing engineering team through coaching, mentoring, and resource planning.Lead engineering projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and capital investments while ensuring on-time and on-budget execution.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
