Our commitment to employee empowerment and engagement ensures that every team member can achieve their full potential in an inclusive and collaborative environment.Job summaryReporting to the Plant Manager, the Engineering Manager will be the leader of Engineering staff with the responsibility to coach, supervise and develop them in supporting business development, technical, production, maintenance, and tooling related activities.Major responsibilities of positionSet direction and methodology for the day-to-day operation of the department, delegate assignments to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects.Develop and implement required documentation and plans for advanced quality planning, including overview, flow chart, prototype, feasibility reviews, FMEAS, Control Plans, Process Sheets, Gauge R&Rs, Capability Studies.Ensure expenses are necessary and don't exceed capital and expense budget approvals. Maintain professional relationships with outside suppliers and vendors.
