You support our team as Engineering & Maintenance Manager arrow_drop_down Responsibilitiesarrow_right Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies, including Predictive and Preventive Maintenance programs. Budget & Resource Management: Oversee capital expenditure (CAPEX) budgets, allocate resources, and control operational costs. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage maintenance technicians and engineers. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and accountability. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all plant machinery, building systems, and engineering projects strictly adhere to local, state, and federal safety standards and environmental regulations. Vendor & Inventory Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with external service providers while ensuring critical spare parts inventory is efficiently stocked. Troubleshooting & Uptime: Lead root-cause analysis for equipment failures to minimize unplanned downtime and boost productivity. Qualificationsarrow_right BS in maintenance, electrical engineering or other related field desired Five to Ten years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, minimum of 2-5 years in a supervisory or manager role. Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic systems. Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
