    Description

Be Part of the Shape Family

We are thinkers, believers, and doers. At Shape, we don't see the norm as our limit-we see it as a launchpad. We challenge tradition, push boundaries, and create solutions others say can't be done. Join us and help shape the future of engineering.

    Program Overview

Our student engineering program offers hands-on experience across multiple disciplines in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Interns and co-ops gain exposure to real-world projects, technical challenges, and cross-functional collaboration-building a strong foundation for future careers.
