    We are currently seeking a passionate and driven engineering student who is eager to gain hands-on experience in the following role:
     
    Position: Engineering Intern
    Location: Fort Wayne, IN
     
    The Engineering Intern will support the company by performing the following duties:
     
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Ability to be mentored and take direction from employees of the Engineering group.
    • Assist Engineers and other VOSS staff as needed in their daily tasks.
    • Ability to work in either a team or individual environment.
    • Assist with product design and new product development.
    • Follow company rules and policies/procedures.
    • Contribute to the achievement of quality/management objectives by producing products to meet customer needs and expectations.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
     
    Qualifications:
    • Completion of at least two years toward a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (B.S.M.E.)
    • 15-20 hours per week flexible schedule
    • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • 3D modeling and drafting experience, good mechanical aptitude, test experience, and test report writing experience preferred
