    Job Summary
    • Coordinate the development of as-built/as-is engineering drawings and deliverables for existing facilities.
    • Support MOC (Management of Change) and other engineering activities by addressing documentation gaps.
    • Work with a remote team of drafters to ensure engineering deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
    • Conduct field visits in Midland, TX to validate existing equipment and facility conditions.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Coordinate development of:
      • P&IDs
      • C&Es
      • Electrical One-Line Diagrams
      • Wiring Diagrams
      • Loop Diagrams
      • Plot Plans / Hazardous Area Classification
      • Process Control Narratives
    • Validate field equipment and existing facility conditions against newly developed drawings.
    • Coordinate with the drone team when required for field validation.
    • Develop and maintain Gantt charts for deliverable timelines and priorities.
    • Create tracking methods to identify and visualize engineering documentation gaps.
    • Coordinate with project teams to align documentation scope and priorities.
    • Interface with the Information Management team to ensure completed deliverables are properly stored in the ACONEX document repository.
    • Coordinate and monitor the work of remote engineering drafters.
    Required Skills
    • Strong engineering documentation/deliverable coordination experience.
    • Strong project and team coordination skills.
    • Ability to understand and review engineering drawings and deliverables.
    • Experience with as-built/as-is documentation preferred.
    • Ability to perform field equipment/facility validation.
    • Experience with Gantt charts, tracking, and progress reporting.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Technician-level engineering knowledge.
    Qualification
    • BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
