As a CBRE Document Engineering Manager, you will oversee and coordinate document administrative services for a designated location, ensuring efficient and effective operations. This job is part of the Office Operations function. They are responsible for providing office support to a client, business function, or individual contributor.

What You'll Do:

  • Supervise and coordinate the maintenance of files and filing systems under departmental policies and procedures.
  • Review and file various types of materials; conduct research related to materials as needed.
  • Oversee the transfer of information from reports, files, and other documents into prepared master code sheets, ledgers, journals, and other recordkeeping systems.
  • Ensure accurate calculation, preparation, issuance, and submission of bills, invoices, and other payment records for billable documents or services.
  • Manage mail operations, office supplies, and office equipment, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Identify and resolve straight forward problems using existing procedures, with limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
  • Deliver output by following defined procedures and processes, providing guidance and supervision to junior staff.
  • Ensure compliance with customer expectations for ordering, stocking, and maintaining inventory control for reproduction equipment.
  • Coordinate and consolidate reporting for equipment performance and materials inventory management.
  • Answer common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisors and effectively present information to an internal group.

What You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to follow and establish basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Strong communication skills to exchange straight forward information and explain detailed and complicated information within the team.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset and the ability to solve typical and atypical problems without supervisory approval.
  • Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
  • Ability to work under moderate supervision and guidance, following standardized procedures and practices.

The minimum salary for the Engineering Document Manager position is $49,500 annually and the maximum salary for the Engineering Document Manager position is $74,880 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
