Cisco UC Expertise: Deep expertise in Cisco UC environments, including CUCM, Unity Connection, CER, Cisco Voice Gateways, and Webex Calling (Multi-tenant/Dedicated Instance). Microsoft Teams Phone Architecture: Proven experience designing and deploying Microsoft Teams Phone architectures, including Direct Routing, Clients, Operator Connect, and Calling Plans.

Duration: 12+ Months 

Responsibilities:

• Serves as the primary subject matter expert and implementation engineer for Cisco and Microsoft Teams UC solutions.
• Leads technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients to map requirements, persona modernization, and use-case strategies.
• Designs and executes complex architecture plans, including advanced dial plans, E911 compliance, and co-existence/migration models.
• Performs hands-on configuration and deployment for Webex Calling (Multi-tenant/DI) and Microsoft Teams Phone (Direct Routing, Operator Connect, Calling Plans).
• Prepares project engineering designs and detailed Method-of-Procedure (MOP) documentation for customer implementations.
• Coordinates cross-functionally with clients, internal project teams, and third-party vendors to execute end-to-end deployments.
• Advises clients on integrating AI capabilities (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude Code, Cisco AI) into their collaboration ecosystems.

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):

• Senior Collaboration Engineer: 7+ years of experience planning, designing, and deploying complex UC solutions.
• Cisco UC Expertise: Deep expertise in Cisco UC environments, including CUCM, Unity Connection, CER, Cisco Voice Gateways, and Webex Calling (Multi-tenant/Dedicated Instance).
• Microsoft Teams Phone Architecture: Proven experience designing and deploying Microsoft Teams Phone architectures, including Direct Routing, Clients, Operator Connect, and Calling Plans.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• 10+ years of consulting experience with a technology vendor or systems integrator.
• Hands-on experience with Client solutions from vendors like Ribbon, AudioCodes, and Oracle.
• Practical experience leveraging AI tools (Copilot, Claude Code, Cisco AI).
• Automation scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, REST APIs) for UC administrative workflows.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

• Required: CCNP-Collaboration certification (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Desired: Microsoft 365 Certified: Collaboration Communications System Engineer / Teams Administrator Associate, or Webex Calling Administration Professional.
