- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
- Extensive experience in circuit card assembly design, schematic capture, and PCB layout.
- Proficiency in analog and mixed-signal circuit analysis and simulation.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced analog/mixed-signal design, power electronics, and control loop theory.
- Proficiency with Mentor Graphics, Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or similar EDA tools.
- Experience with SPICE-based simulation, signal-integrity analysis, and EMI/EMC mitigation.
- Strong knowledge of ADC/DAC selection, voltage-level translation, and high-reliability hardware.
- Familiarity with military standards, qualification processes, and hardware-in-the-loop environments.
- Prior work on laser or directed energy weapon systems.
- Vendor management and low-volume, high-reliability PWB fabrication expertise.
Benefits
- Work on groundbreaking defense technology with national impact.
- Engage in continuous learning, cross-functional collaboration, and technical leadership opportunities.
- Access to state-of-the-art labs and tools, with support for professional growth.
- Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a dynamic, mission-driven work environment.
