Drive reductions in equipment downtime and maintenance-related costs. Determine appropriate staffing levels, skill development, and technical training programs. Take a hands-on leadership approach with equipment troubleshooting and repairs as needed. Champion process improvements and support implementation of new manufacturing processes. Manage and develop a team of engineers and technical professionals, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Foster a high-performance culture with a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Develop and execute engineering strategies that support plant and organizational goals. Identify and implement innovative technical solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
