The City and County of Denver offers a competitive salary commensurate with education and experience. The starting hiring range for this position is $124,937.00 - $161,000.00/year. We also offer generous benefits for full-time employees which include but are not limited to:
Location & Schedule
The City and County of Denver supports a hybrid workplace model. Employees work where needed, at a job site several days a week and off-site in the field, as needed. Employees must work within the state of Colorado on their remote days.
In this position you can expect to work on site at least 3 days per week at the Wellington Webb Building (201 W. Colfax Ave., Denver, CO 80202) and occasionally at the Denver Wastewater Building (2000 W. 3rd Ave., Denver, CO 80223).
Please note: Downtown parking expenses are the responsibility of the employee. We also offer a City-sponsored RTD EcoPass to all City employees- allowing the use of public transportation for free as a City Employee.

Few divisions within DOTI are involved in as broad and dynamic a range of projects, public space activities, and stakeholder engagement as Right-of-Way Services (ROWS). ROWS is responsible for regulatory review and permitting related to capital infrastructure and private development projects, construction permitting and inspection, land surveying, land use administration, and addressing services.
The Engineering Plan Review (EPR) Section within DOTI ROWS is comprised of more than 30 engineers who provide regulatory review services for private development and capital improvement projects proposing infrastructure within the public right-of-way. EPR is organized into three specialized teams focused on:
