Duration: 1 Year – Possible Extension
Location: East Moline, IL 61244
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Overtime: Potential overtime; must be willing to support variable shifts as needed

Job Summary
Supports the Quality Services Team across factory engineering processes. The role focuses on quality planning, inspection, process control, non-conformance management, continuous improvement, and product quality while working with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Management.
Key Responsibilities
· Support in-line inspection and quality control activities.
· Manage tool and gauge assets.
· Perform GD&T analysis and CMM inspections.
· Process non-conformances and containment activities.
· Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Management to ensure process compliance.
· Use SAP, NCCA, DNCM, and other systems to process and complete quality-related work.
· Support shop-floor handlers and inspectors with containment and inspection activities.
· Provide daily reports and documentation.
· Communicate daily priorities and completed work.
· Support process documentation and control.
· Analyze information and support improvements to manufacturing/material processes.
· Assist with engineering solutions, feasibility testing, and validation.
· Support engineering standards, specifications, inspections, and regulatory requirements.
· Coordinate activities with subcontractors and suppliers when required.
· Identify process/system shortcomings and support change management.
· Support product development and engineering activities.
· Work within established project plans to achieve quality and engineering goals.
· Maintain knowledge of relevant technology, regulations, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or similar discipline, or equivalent work experience.
· Strong manufacturing experience.
· Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
· Willingness to learn, adapt, and support changing business needs.
· Ability to work collaboratively with Operations, Engineering, Supply Management, and shop-floor personnel.
· Knowledge of engineering/quality processes, documentation, testing, and reporting.
Preferred Skills
· GD&T background.
· CMM Programming.
· ISO experience.
· Data & Analytics Tool Creation.
· Experience with SAP, NCCA, or DNCM is beneficial.
· Knowledge of quality inspection, non-conformance, containment, and process control.
