Engineer Product Design

Join our innovative design team as you provide expert solutions and tailored design support to engineering and sales partners. You will play a pivotal role in transforming client needs into feasible, manufacturable products and will help guide our design capabilities and technical specifications. Key responsibilities include collaborating on project specifications with the sales team, developing detailed component layouts using SolidWorks and AutoCAD, and optimizing designs for existing manufacturing processes. Manage engineering changes, assist with problem-solving on the production floor, and ensure compliance with industry codes such as UL, NEC, and NFPA. This position requires a strong background in mobile electrification, proficiency in design software, and effective communication skills for interfacing with diverse teams. Occasional on-site support and inspections are part of this dynamic role. Expect a primarily office-based environment with some physical demands.
