    Description

    Our Client, a Materials Engineering company, is looking for a Process Technician for their Santa Clara, CA location.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supporting Clean Room Metrology Lab operations
    • Coordinates with engineering on samples priorities
    • Mounting, dismounting , cleaning and handling customer samples - coupons and wafers
    • Tracking and maintaining order of the incoming jobs and their execution
    • Knowledgeably operates laboratory process equipment and instrumentation
    • Execution of metrology jobs by using developed BKMs and available recipes on SEM metrology tools
    • Performing analysis of metrology images with AMAT proprietary algorithms and SW, with predefined (available) recipes
    • Report preparation according to predefined template
    • Interface with requestors, understand their detail requirement, and communicate on results; help lab on monitoring wafer in process (WIP) and maintaining throughput.
    • Interface with HW team, HW troubleshooting, execute tool maintenance

    Requirements:

    • Have a college degree in Material, electrical, chemistry engineering, or a related field.
    • Basic data analytics skill
    • Able to be hands-on for lab operations, including sample handing and equipment operations.
    • Team player
    • Semiconductor experience is nice to have, but not a must.
    • Have 0-2 years of experience (New College Graduates are welcome).
