Skill: SharePoint Developer

Required Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in SharePoint development and Microsoft technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with:

o SharePoint Online

o SharePoint Framework (SPFx)

o Power Apps

o Power Automate

o Microsoft Power Platform

o Microsoft 365 / Office 365

o Power Fx

o Dataverse

• Experience developing enterprise workflow automation solutions.
• Knowledge of SharePoint administration, security, permissions, and governance.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and web services integration.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Strong SQL development and database querying skills.
• Experience debugging and troubleshooting APIs, including REST-based services.
• Exposure to Azure services and Azure application debugging.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Experience integrating SharePoint and Power Platform with third-party enterprise applications.

• Experience working with distributed teams and client-facing stakeholders.
• Willingness to relocate to Pittsburgh, PA or Strongsville, OH as business needs require.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using SharePoint Online and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Build and support Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) to address business process requirements.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to automate business operations and approvals.
• Create and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, forms, permissions, and workflows.
• Develop modern SharePoint solutions using SPFx (SharePoint Framework) and Microsoft 365 services.
• Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with external systems and APIs.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and support production deployments.
• Create technical design documents, deployment guides, and support documentation.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to junior developers and project teams.

Salary Range - $100,000-$120,000 a year
