    About the Opportunity

    We are seeking an Integration Tool Engineer / Control Account Manager (CAM) to join our team in El Segundo, CA.

    This role supports the Tooling Department across multiple aerospace programs and requires a strong combination of engineering knowledge and project management capability. The selected candidate will work cross-functionally with Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Program Operations, Business Management, and Scheduling teams to ensure cost, schedule, and technical objectives are achieved.

    Position Overview

    The Engineer Operations Program 1 (Integration Tool Engineer) will manage tooling statements of work and perform Control Account Management (CAM) responsibilities.

    This individual will be responsible for Earned Value Management (EVM), cost forecasting, schedule integration, staffing coordination, and project performance tracking across multiple programs.

    This is a highly visible role requiring strong communication skills and the ability to present to leadership and stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Gain familiarity with engineering and technical aspects of tools used in aircraft component manufacturing
    • Coordinate cross-functional Integrated Program Teams (IPTs) to meet cost, schedule, and technical objectives
    • Perform full Control Account Management (CAM) responsibilities
    • Update and manage Earned Value Management (EVM) tools and data products
    • Review monthly EV data and provide cost account status reporting
    • Track budget actuals vs. forecasts and performance against EV baseline
    • Provide weekly Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) updates and participate in CAM status reviews
    • Coordinate change requests with Business Management and Scheduling teams
    • Conduct schedule risk assessments and support mitigation planning
    • Support staffing planning, logistics coordination, and forecasting
    • Facilitate internal meetings, track action items, and ensure project closure
    • Prepare and deliver presentations to leadership, customers, and stakeholders
    • Manage multiple tooling projects including in-house and offsite fabrication

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
    • U.S. Citizenship (required)
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint)
    • Strong presentation and communication skills across multiple organizational levels

    Preferred Strengths

    • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
    • Experience supporting aerospace, defense, or manufacturing programs
    • Familiarity with Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS)
    • Strong analytical and financial tracking capabilities
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Experience working in cross-functional engineering environments
