    Description

    Lady Bird Talent is partnering with a Series C FinTech company based in New York City, close to Union Square. This position will be a Hybrid role, where every Tuesday and Thursday is in-office as a team.

    In the role of Engineering Manager you will work on the Advanced Team where you will continue cultivating client success and solving problems. You are committed a product focused mindset, having ability to lead teams of 4+ engineers or more, in high frequency organization changes. 

    Required Experience:

    • Core competency in JavaScript, Typescript, React, AWS, Python
    • Backend Tech: Python, PostGRES, SQL 
    • Min. 5+ years hands-on development experience
    • Experience leading teams of 4+ or more
    • Previous Startup Environment experience (Pre-Seed - Series B)
    • Bonus: experience with product selling to F25 companies or working on a product that features AI or machine learning
    • Ability to mentor as an architect 
    • Deeply curious and caring of security efforts
