Your Role

Akkodis is seeking an Engineer for a Contract with a client in Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate is responsible for providing onsite application support, troubleshooting warehouse operations issues, and ensuring seamless execution of SAP EWM processes in a production environment.

Rate Range: $49/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Engineer Job Responsibilities include:

• Provide onsite Level 1 support for SAP EWM and warehouse operations, ensuring timely resolution of production issues and user requests.

• Support inbound, outbound, inventory management, internal warehouse movements, and production supply processes within SAP EWM.

• Troubleshoot SAP EWM application issues, interface failures, and integration problems with warehouse systems and automation technologies.

• Provide hands-on support for RF devices, barcode scanners, printers, and warehouse floor operations to minimize operational disruptions.

• Monitor system performance, incident queues, and integration health while managing escalations and coordinating issue resolution.

• Maintain support documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and collaborate with business users, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure continuous operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• 4+ years of experience in SAP EWM Support, Warehouse Management Systems, or warehouse operations support environments.

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP EWM, warehouse processes (Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Shipping, and Inventory Management), and production support.

• Experience supporting warehouse automation technologies, RF devices, barcode scanning, SAP S/4HANA integrations, and troubleshooting warehouse system interfaces.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $53.00 per hour
