    FLSA Designation: Non-Exempt

    License Type: Gaming

    Target Pay: Start - $ 27.09 One Year - $30.10

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Repair and maintain HVAC systems
    • Replace damaged ceiling tiles, floor tiles, and wall coverings
    • Assist Engineer III & IV with projects as assigned
    • Plumbing, drywall repair, carpenter functions, special trade
    • Perform preventative maintenance to equipment on a scheduled basis
    • Handle routine calls, prioritized by guest service needs
    • Assists with cleanliness of casino property Front and Heart of House
    • Must be able to utilize ladders of various heights, during the course of Engineering duties
    • All other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of general maintenance procedures and training or experience in the field
    • Must have a current valid driver's license
    • Driving record must meet driver eligibility requirements of casino's insurance policy
    • Ability to share or divide attention among several ongoing activities, projects, or assignments
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to follow all policies and procedures including but not limited to attendance, appearance, safety, and security policies
    • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holiday
    • Ability to obtain all required gaming licenses

    Working Conditions:

    • Frequently required to stand, climb or balance and stoop, and kneel
    • Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
    • Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor
